Become a Dive Judge!

We are always looking for volunteers, and getting trained as a dive meet judge is an awesome way to participate.  You get the best seat at the meet, right next to the boards! We typically need 2 or 3 Hamlet parents to assist us at each meet.

The job is easier that you might think. If you have watched your son or daughter dive, then you have the ability to be a judge.

Table Worker Clinics

You don't need to attend a table worker clinic to volunteer at the dive meet tables, but you can learn the best practices for working each position at the table.  If you are interested in helping as a meet secretary, then we strongly encourage you to attend a table worker clinic.  These clinics are held the same place and time as the judges clinics.

If you have been a judge, please consider becoming a referee.  Each dive meet must have a referee on site, and the home team is responsible for ensuring a ref is present.  Every two years a referee must attend a referee clinic by NVSL.
