General Practice Information

• Swimmers must attend the practice session for their age group. 
• Please, no parents on the deck during practice. The coaches need to focus on the swimmers. If you have questions, please ask a Team Rep or schedule a time to talk to the coaches after practice.
• A parent or guardian MUST REMAIN on pool grounds for 8 & Under practices and Little Feet practices.
• No cell phones are allowed on deck.

Practices Times

Practices will be held Monday through Friday.  For the three weeks after Memorial Day before school lets out, we have a different practice schedule in the afternoon and then practices switch to the morning after the school year ends.

The adjusted swim schedule for the following age groups begins Tuesday, May 26, 2026:

• Ages 11 to 18: 4:00- 5:00 pm
• Ages 9 to 10 : 5:00 - 6:00 pm
• Ages 8 & Under: 6:00 - 6:30 pm

For Little Feet swimmers (see description on "Home" page), practice begins on MONDAY June 22, 2026.

Please note, once school is out, the adjusted afternoon practices will move to morning practices. 

Morning Green Feet swim team practices start on Thursday, June 18, and run Monday through Friday each week, through July 24th (except All-Star qualifiers).

- Ages 11-18: 8:00 am - 9:30 am

- Ages 9-10: 9:30 am - 10:30 am

- Ages 8 & under: 10:30 am - 11:15am

- Little Feet: 11:15 am - 11:45 am* (*beginning June 22, 2026)

 wice/week afternoon sessions will start Friday June 19th. Swimmers should attend the regular afternoon session for their age group prior to the end of school. 

-Afternoon swimmers all ages: Tuesdays & Fridays 5-6pm

Please only sign up if you can not make morning sessions. 

Plan Your Calendar for the Season!

The summer swimming season is short. There are only five meets (the "A meets") with team scores that determine team standings.  Please schedule vacations and other activities to start after July 25th--the team needs you!  Divisional Relays are scheduled for July 8th, with the All Star Relays on July 15th. The Individual Divisional Meet is scheduled for July 25th and the Individual All-Stars Meet is scheduled for August 1st.
